Saturday 5th May 2012- The Surgeons
wow Manchester with polished set
The farthest travelling act on the bill were The Surgeons, from 'somewhere in the mid atlantic' according to the mc. This 3 piece tight outfit blasted through a polished set, ending with 2 storming attacks on the establishment, Screw You and State Of The Nation. But any
band including the County of Cornwall's top drummer, table tennis player and dancer couldn't fail to disappoint!
Friday 4th May 2012- The Surgeons play
The Music Hall in Blackpool.
'The Surgeons, a 3 piece high energy (and I mean high energy!) old school punk band from the deep south made their debut appearance in Blackpool at The Music Hall Tavern last night. The 'lads' played a high paced set, including self penned numbers such as Law Man, Miserable Men In Primark and a song first performed in 1977, Public Duty. The Surgeons, on this performance, could soon by regulars on the Lancashire Punk Circuit and you can catch them next month at The Nice N Sleazy Festival' ...

NORWEGIAN PUNK STAGE INVASION
The Surgeons rocked the house down at The Studio Bar on Friday
night, playing to a capacity crowd and were joined on stage by Norwegian Punk Band Members 'Rabaider'. With The Colonel taking a well earned break Trevor Noall stepped in on bass as a warm up for the forthcoming gigs in Blackpool, Bristol and Manchester. The band were on stage for over 2 hours.
